Roof Access Hatch
Roof hatch shall be fabricated from 14 gage (G90) galvanized steel on both curb and cover. Compression springs encased in zinc-plated telescopic tubes shall be provided for smooth operation of the cover. An automatic hold-open arm with vinyl grip will be furnished. Latching shall include both interior and exterior handles with provisions for a padlock both inside and out.
