Flush Type Hydrant Valve Controls
Used to Control a Remote, Non-Rising, & Stem Valve Supplying Hydrants or Test Connections.
This flush type hydrant valve control is used to control a remote non-rising stem valve that supplies hydrants or test connections. It has a polished brass 7" (178 mm) plate lettered HYDRANT VALVE CONTROL threaded 1-1/2" female NPT on the back and 2-1/2" male NST on the front with a cap and chain. It has a rough brass 1/2" NPT lock nut 30" (762 mm) long x 7/8" (22 mm) square steel extension rod and coupling for attachment to the stem of the gate valve. Model 5850 has a round plate. Model 5852 has a square plate.
