Diffuser for Fire Sprinkler System
This diffuser is intended to control high-pressure water during hydrant testing and mechanically reduce pressure to an easily manageable flow in sprinkler systems. The diffuser is constructed of a solid steel body (Model 6187) or aluminum body (Model 6188) with replaceable pressure tube ball bearing swivel and 2 1/2” (6.4 cm) female inlet. The swivel design allows for the aim of flow reduces the risk of damage and enables the performance of flow testing.
